We have decided to sunset the Bridge Listing Input tool and retire it from the Atlanta market.
Due to an upcoming switch in GAMLS platform and changes to the underlying data feeds, Bridge Listing Input will no longer be operative in the Atlanta market. GAMLS is targeting May 17, 2021 for the change-over, at which point Bridge Listing Input will cease to function. (Please note that while GAMLS's conversion date may change, Bridge Listing Input service will not be extended beyond May 31, 2021.)
We are announcing this decision now to give you time to adjust your listing input process. Please find an alternative to Bridge Listing Input before the sunset date. Users will see a message inside the Admin dashboard that will provide them with updates on the status of this sunset.
There are a number of viable solutions in the marketplace, including tools provided by the MLS. Bridge Listing Input has always been a supplement to existing MLS Add/Edit features. Your existing platform’s Add/Edit functionality is still available to you.
- GAMLS members will have access to the new Dynaconnections Add/Edit module once that conversion is complete.
- FMLS customers will have access to Input via Matrix.
Thank you. For over a decade, Bridge has been at the forefront of innovation in the development of cutting-edge listing input technology. We are especially grateful for the long-time support of GAMLS and FMLS.
As we refocus our development efforts on new directions for the product, we look forward to serving our MLS partners in the future.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the final date of service?
GAMLS is targeting May 17, 2021 for their system transition, at which point Bridge Listing Input will cease to function for our customers in the Atlanta market.
It is possible that GAMLS will extend their transition date, in which case Bridge will continue service through May 31, 2021 at the latest.
Regardless of the GAMLS transition status, Bridge Listing Input service will not be extended beyond May 31, 2021.
As we learn more about the GAMLS transition status, we will communicate dates to users via email and banners in Bridge Listing Input.
How can I access listings entered in Bridge after cutoff?
All listing data published prior to the cutoff date can be accessed through FMLS & GAMLS directly.
Any listings or listing updates made in Bridge but NOT successfully published to the MLSs prior to the cutoff date will be inaccessible. Users are strongly encouraged to review their listings in Bridge at least a week prior to cutoff in order to ensure all listing data has been successfully published to the MLS systems.
Original high-quality listing images can be downloaded from the Listing Media tab for each listing. (See instructions here.)
Users will not be able to access the Bridge Listing Input database after cutoff.
Does this mean that I won’t be able to use Bridge Listing Input anymore?
Yes. Unfortunately, once the deadline has passed, Bridge Listing Input will no longer be available to the general membership of GAMLS and FMLS.
What can I use instead?
Contact your local MLS provider who can point you to the right tools for your specific needs.
Why did you do this?
Bridge Listing Input was built to support earlier versions of the GAMLS system. Once their switch to a new platform is complete, we will no longer be supporting the ability to publish listing data to the data feed.
Can I continue to use BLI with FMLS? Why?
No. Unfortunately, once the GAMLS switch is complete, the version of BLI you are using will no longer be operational in the Atlanta market.
Does this mean Zillow Group is pulling out of Atlanta all together?
No. We are committed to the Atlanta marketplace, and still provide tools and services for our industry partners and the customers they serve.
What about other markets?
We will continue to support Bridge Listing Input in all of our other single-MLS markets.
What are you going to do with all my data that I’ve inputted?
All data entered via Bridge Listing Input will be purged from our platform after 30 days, once the product is removed from the market.
Can I open a new Bridge Listing Input account?
As we recently announced, we are sunsetting Bridge Listing Input in the Atlanta market in May. In the interim we are not opening any new accounts in this market. There are a number of solutions available, including native solutions within the MLS.
