The Review and Publish page can be accessed from the left rail menu when viewing a listing. This page displays all of the data entered through the listing form, permitting you to double-check your entries and spot any errors prior to publication to the MLS.
At the bottom, the page displays the media to be published, in order, and the account being used to publish to the MLS.
If the listing data contains errors, these will be highlighted in red and the "Fix It" button will appear next to the section header for that field. Clicking on "Fix It" will take you to the page on the listing form for that field, so that you can update the data and fix the error.
Once all of the errors in a section have been fixed, a green check mark will appear in place of the "Fix It" button.
Once all sections are showing green, the "Publish" button will become active and you can publish the listing to the MLS. Clicking the publish button will open a dialog to confirm the publication.
Confirming will display the following dialog, which will appear why the listing is publishing. During publication, you can return to the Listings Dashboard to work on other listings.
The results of the publication will be visible on the Activity page, once a response has been received from the MLS.
