We're excited to share a few improvements to Bridge Listing Input released the (evening/morning of TBD 11/29/18).
Permissions Management
The Permissions Management feature allows you to control Bridge Listing Input permissions for each of the user classes in your brokerage.
By default, the Head Broker will have permission to modify the permissions of Agents, Listing Admins, Brokers, and Head Brokers in their brokerage. The class for each user is determined by the account used when logging in from the MLS. If you believe that a user has been incorrectly classified, please check with the MLS for a resolution.
The Head Broker may choose to give other users access to this page if he/she wishes to do so, by using the “Permissions Management” setting.
To access the Permissions Management screen, simply click the “Permissions” tab along the top left of your page once you are logged into Bridge Listing Input.
Permissions
The permissions shown below can be turned on/off for each user type, by clicking the toggle switch to the right of the permission you would like to modify.
If the toggle switch is red, this permission has been turned off. If the toggle switch is green, this permission has been turned on.
Once a permission is modified, changes take place immediately. However, users currently logged in to BLI when changes are made may need to log out and log back in to see a difference.
