Using the Archive
Bridge Listing Input allows you to upload as many photos as you like for a listing, but that doesn't mean you have to use them all. Archiving a photo means that it will be retained in Listing Input, but it will not be published to any MLS or broker system. Photos that have been archived will appear in the "Media Archive" tray in the left rail. To view items in the archive, click on the "Media Archive" button in the bottom left corner of the screen. To close the archive, click the down arrow that appears across from the title.
To archive photos, select them and then click on the "Archive Photo" link that appears in the green control bar at the bottom of the screen. To move items out of the archive, select them from within the archive tray and click on the "Make Photo Active" link that appears in the green control bar. Making a photo active again will mark it for publication to all systems.
You can also completely delete photos from the Bridge Listing Input system, if you do not want them to be retained at all. Selecting a photo already in the Archive and then clicking on the "Delete Photo" link will remove it from the system. To delete an active photo, you will have to move it to the Archive first.
